Enterprise Member Engagement Associate

Position Summary

The Enterprise Member Engagement Associate role supports the development of TCB’s largest, enterprise Members.  The function directly supports the Enterprise Member Engagement Director and coordinates with Center and Council Engagement teams to increase engagement and utilization of TCB resources within Member companies.

Reporting Relationships

Reports to the Enterprise Member Engagement Director

Principle Duties

  • Coordinates with engagement teams to ensure a high caliber Member experience during all sales and delivery interactions applicable to the membership (e.g., briefings, meetings, etc.).

  • Tracks and maintains systems that measure Member satisfaction across the membership, whether that be for an individual Center or multiple Centers within an Enterprise membership.

  • Prepares Member Utilization Reports and other Member requested collateral.

  • Prepares situation specific marketing materials, presentations, social media and other collateral needed for Member engagement/upsell activities.

  • Executes Member outreach to facilitate renewals and upsells.

  • Maintains and manages systems that track Member activity and utilization (“push” and “pull”)

  • Supports the MED to maintain and manage systems for forecasting, billing and AR.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong project administration skills

  • Strong time management and organizational skills – able to multitask

  • Strong ability to collaborate within TCB and with Member contacts

  • Strong service orientation

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Preferred knowledge of Sandler Sales Process
