POSITION SUMMARY:

The core mission of the Sales Enablement team is to support and prepare the U.S. Member Development teams with the skills, knowledge, tools, content, and processes required to be successful while interacting with new prospects and existing members. We are uniquely positioned across our primary revenue-generating teams, which allows us to directly impact the organization's overall efficiency and effectiveness.

The Sales Enablement Manager will gain a deep understanding of TCB's business and become the internal customer service hub for U.S. Member Development team (Associates and Executives) to develop training materials, direct response copywriting, managing collateral, and delivery programs to help our internal stakeholders succeed.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITES:

Approx. 40% of Time

Manage and update sales collateral and internal knowledge sharing tools (Sale sheets, battle cards, rosters, etc.)

Approx. 40% of Time

  • Creating direct response email campaigns, targeting senior corporate executives
  • Review campaign performance analytics, collect qualitative feedback, and run A/B tests to identify pitfalls and implement improvements

Approx. 20% of Time

  • Provide customer service and administrative support
  • Support new sales and renewal processes
  • Maintain sales team SharePoint site for customer-facing documents and internal knowledge-sharing resources
  • Coordinate and conduct team training activities; manage logistics for the sales training program

 

EXPERIENCE AND DESIRED SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of direct response copywriting
  • 2+ years developing sales or marketing collateral
  • Familiarity with sales processes or sales experience (A plus)
  • Incredibly organized, accountable, and process-oriented
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive approach (enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute)
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with obsession for collaborating, learning and driving results
  • Knowledge of enterprise content management systems (Outreach, PandaDoc, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree required
