Position Summary

The Manager of Executive Programs position is focused on driving high level engagement and increasing the retention rate of the council membership base. This role partners with subject matter experts to deliver exceptional programming based on key business challenges facing these executives. In-person meetings, webcasts, benchmarking surveys, and dialog with subject matter experts all ensure members are receiving value from their memberships. 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of council members and proactively ensure that each member is engaged and participating in council programs (in-person meetings, webcasts, benchmarking opportunities) in order to achieve annual retention goal.
  • Identify, track, report and execute action on key performance metrics related to member engagement
  • Understand industry/company/individual needs to identify new opportunities for agenda topics and between meeting interaction.
  • Develop a success plan that outlines how TCB will be addressing critical member needs both immediately and in the future, that includes metrics for success.
  • Deliver a world class experience by executing flawless council meetings within budget parameters.
  • Analyze evaluation data from council meetings, and proactively collaborate with stakeholders to improve the member experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required with minimum of 5-7 years business experience
  • Experience communicating effectively and comfortably with senior executives
  • Strategic thinker with a customer service mentality
  • Time management, organization, attention to detail and prioritization skills are a must
  • Ability to remain calm and in control under pressure
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
