Position Summary:
As the Director – ESG Solutions you will serve as an integral part of TCB's U.S. Member Development new business team. This role has a primary focus on both new client acquisition as well as supporting the onboarding and nurturing of new ESG Advantage users. You will be the product specialist for our ESG Advantage product and partner with sales and engagement teams on upsells and new client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maximizing the sales of our ESG Advantage product suite and meeting/exceeding your individual sales objective (ISO).
• Develop a strategic plan to maximize opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Work directly with ESG Center leader and key stakeholders to sell and onboard new ESG Advantage clients.
• Partner with MDEs to develop and close new ESG Advantage prospects within their assigned territories.
• Ensure a high level of satisfaction across our ESG Advantage clients by properly setting expectations and then exceeding these thru world-class deliverables and servicing.
Knowledge and Skills:
• A strong understanding of business acumen, corporate communication, strategic thinking, and consultative sales strategy is a must.
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience
• Experience selling corporate governance software products and services to businesses is a big plus.
• Experience developing and growing Fortune 1000 accounts, with a focus on C-Suite and ESG executives.
• Knowledge and experience with the Sandler Sales Methodology and/or The Challenger Sale is a plus.
• Knowledge of Sugar CRM and Outreach is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 8 years in a revenue generating position where you have met/exceeded your sales objectives.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
