Position Summary: 
The Member Engagement Associate, CED, is in conjunction with the Member Engagement Director and the Senior Director.
1) Works to engage and retain all existing Trustees and create a pipeline of prospective Trustees to ensure new business revenue along with other duties.
2) Supports the preparation, coordination, and implementation of CED outreach efforts and CED grant procurement initiatives. 
Provides direct support for member contacts requiring help with access, downloads, conference registrations or material and other day-to-day needs.
Prepares member Utilization Reports and other member requested collateral.
Prepares situation specific marketing materials, presentations, social media and other collateral needed for member engagement/upsell activities.
Maintains and manages systems that track member activity and utilization (“push” and “pull”)
Provides support to maintain and manage systems for forecasting, billing and AR.
 Supports delivery of and member feedback from Expert Briefings by coordinating with The Conference Board and the member Facility, Media, IT, Sales Enablement and Research teams.
Coordinates with Center team to ensure a high-quality member experience during all sales and delivery interactions.
Develops and maintains up to date outreach email and contact lists.
Implements congressional and executive branch outreach efforts in coordination with CED Senior Managers/President.
Supports Senior Advisor’s grant procurement efforts.
Other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions:
Recruit, engage and retain CED Trustees 
Support CED public policy outreach to increase impact and grant procurement efforts.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong project administration skills
Strong time management and organizational skills –able to multi-task.
Strong ability to collaborate within TCB and with member contacts.
Strong service orientation
Education and Experience Requirements: 
Minimum 2 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
