POSITION SUMMARY:  

The Enterprise Member Engagement Director is responsible for maintaining and growing TCB’s largest and most complex Member relationships.  Working in partnership with Center colleagues, Finance, Legal, Councils, and our Members, the Enterprise MED will develop and execute enterprise-wide account plans intended to solidify and strengthen member adoption and renewals, manage competitive threats and upsell new opportunities.  The effectiveness of this role will be measured by year-over-year growth of the assigned portfolio of members.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:                     

Reports to the Vice President, US Members & Mid-Market.  

PRINCIPLE DIRECT ACTIVITIES                 

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Partners with Center leadership and MEDs to upsell Center members additional enterprise offerings

  • Collaborates with relevant MEDs to track, manage, align and maximize member engagement in the Center Memberships contained within each Enterprise Membership.

  • In partnership with MEDs and Center teams, builds business relationships with key enterprise buyers/sponsors to ensure high levels of engagement and value.

  • Remains abreast of the Members’ critical business priorities and works with the Center teams to develop and manage strategic account plans that maximize the alignment of TCB value to these needs.

  • Effectively communicates TCB’s value proposition to senior executives and their direct reports. Projects knowledge, energy and enthusiasm about TCB’s programs and services.

  • Works with MEDs to track, manage and apply member feedback following events and key interaction.

  • Works with MEDs to track Council member engagement included in relevant Center Memberships.

  • Provides feedback and input from members on the relevance, quality, value and timeliness of TCB insights and services.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS                           

  • Ability to engage with senior level executives and discuss global business issues.

  • Strong sales track record in selling business or consulting services.

  • Demonstrates leadership in adapting to change, solution orientation and resilience in managing member satisfaction.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of related experience.

  • Bachelors Degree required; relevant advanced degree preferred.

  • Working knowledge and adoption of the Sandler selling system is a strong plus

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
