This role within the U.S. Executive Programs team helps to ensure a solid financial function for the US Councils business.
Reporting to the Sr Director of Executive Programs Sourcing & Contracting and working closely with Finance, this person serves as a liaison between the US Councils team and Finance supporting Council meeting expense forecasting, management, and processing. In addition, s/he will work with Finance to ensure Member renewal invoices are accurate and aligned with Member expectations, and that payments are collected in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to support for the following items:

Working with Finance and the Council Engagement team, populate expense templates and submit to finance to ensure accurate and timely forecasting.

Working with Finance and the Council Engagement team, track and follow up on outstanding and delinquent payment to ensure timely collection, communicating feedback or issues to the appropriate team member.

Coordinating and maintaining various tracking systems (e.g., CRM, Member survey, online

Creating and sharing summary data reports related to forecasting, spend, AR and other items.

Supporting other, related duties as needed.

2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a client facing role.

1+ year of accounting experience

Coursework in accounting and/or finance or commensurate experience

Proficiency with the MS Office suite of products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

CRM experience preferred.

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong time management skills, able to prioritize and balance competing demands.

Keen eye toward operational efficiency

University Degree preferred
