We’re looking for a motivated business development professional to join our established Member Development Team.
- You have:

- Excellent communication, writing, and people skills
- A goal-oriented work ethic – committed to achieving organization goals, performance objectives, individually and part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university with 1-2 years post graduate experience
- Background and passion in business development, account management, or marketing
- What you will do:
- The Hunt: Researching companies for the key decision maker whose responsibilities are the perfect fit for our best-in-class Councils
- The Message: Crafting insightful talking points, emails, and voicemails that will resonate with high-level executives
- The Relationship: Establishing peer-to-peer conversations with C-suite and senior executives with the objective of setting up introductory membership meetings
- The Team Player: Brainstorming with Program Directors, peers, and clients to improve tactics, process, and business acumen
